SEP. 2016 Lower Stone Planning Granted
Lower Stone, ME15 A planning permission for 14 residential units scheme in Lower Stone has been successfully granted! The application is a regeneration scheme for the conversion part of 1st floor ancillary retail floor space and erection of the 2nd and 3rd floor extension to form 14 residential units. The scale and design of the proposed represents a high standard of design and materials given the sensitive location of the site adjacent to the Conservation Area.
