Following a swift instruction, JAIA Architects promptly prepared a full planning application for this unique side, rear, 2nd floor extension with a loft conversion to the Victorian semi. Up on securing a full planning approval with this speedy process, JAIA Architects have prepared a detail design package for a building control and construction.
The challenge was to maximise the use of spaces every single corner for the growing family with a third baby. JAIA Architects has taken the client brief and endeavoured to deliver the goal by utilising every single inch and achieved this beautiful family house extension with proud.
