JUN.2018 Haven Green Baptist Church – Planning Approval
JAIA Architects are pleased to announce that a full planning permission has been granted for the proposed work at Haven Green Baptist Church. Since JAIA was appointed as a lead architect in 2017 for the improvement of the entrance to the Haven Green Halls & ancillary rooms to a modern and welcoming form, we have been working closely with the church communities to finalise the entrance and further ancillary facilities with a subtle modern contrast with existing 137 years old church building. The Baptist church is located at the south-east end of Castlebar Road within the conservation area of Haven Green and the proposed design has been received well by the local and church communities. The work is expected to commence in near future following the HGBC fundraising for the full budget of the work.
