JAIA is pleased to announce that the long waited planning application for Bentcliffe House has finally been granted con- sent. The scheme sought to convert a structurally precarious listed building on a cliff in St. Brelade, Jersey island, into a 750sqm modern luxury house with guest rooms & swimming pool. Eco-friendly approach to the project has been well re- ceived by the local authority.
