Having started pilings and excavation for the lower ground level earlier this year, the structure of the scheme for 9 self- contained flats in Hampton Wick, Richmond has reached to the roof level. The form and proportion of the building is leg- ible in its context, celebrating its position as a corner build- ing to the High Street. Aiming to complete the construction by end of the year, the construction team is busy installing internal partitions at the current stage. As architect, JAIA has been working on the project as lead consultant and contract administrator for the client.
