NOV.2021 20 Colehill Gardens – Under Construction
The full refurbishment project of a flat located on top floor at a Victorian Mansion block at Fulham Palace Road is progressing well under construction.
The unique proposal to convert an old 2 bed flats into a 3 bed duplex unit by utilising a loft space under the roof on top of the existing unit located in Conservation Area in fulham has been granted in planning by Hammersmith & Fulham borough council. After a successful tendering process, the selected contractor is working on the scheme and it is expected to complete it by early 2022.
