FEB.2022 St. Michael & All Angel’s Church – Planning Approval
JAIA Architects are pleased to announce that a full planning permission has been granted for a Grade II listed church extension project located at the south perimeter of Gatwick Airport in Crawley. The St. Michael and All Angel’s Church was designed by William Burges, who is well known for his numerous church designs in Victorian era.
JAIA Architects have been appointed by the Seventh Day Adventist Church to create a high quality extension to the existing Grade II listed Church, while responding to the concerns raised by Church of England, Historic England, Victorian Society and Crawley Council Conservation & Archaeology Officers. After a lengthy consultation period and planning approval, the scheme meticulously designed by JAIA Architects is now ready to move on.
