FEB.2021 WICKFORD LIBRARY – COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION
The Wickford Library was a part of the Wickford Library Regeneration, in which JAIA Architects has successfully secured a full planning approval of 65 residential units in the heart of Wickford town centre 2020.
JAIA Architects continue to work on this new library project with the client and the local council together. The new library located in Willows Centre is believed to attract a wider section of the community and take advantage of opportunities for increased footfall through the town centre. The construction of the new library has commenced on site and it is expected to be completed in Summer of 2021.
