FEB.2017 01 Andrewes House
A tender package has been submitted to the City of London to proceed to construction stage. 01 Andrewes House is a flat conversion project JAIA Architects secured from a tender by City of London. The Grade II listed Barbican Estate owned by City of London has been reported to have 16 underused spaces around the site. City of London has a plan to reutilise those underused spaces and 01 Andrewes House is a pilot project to establish a model approach. JAIA has been appointed to design and convert the underused a contractor’s office to residential units.
