JAIA SMS provides tailored property development intelligence to potential clients. Our client acquired the plot and asked JAIA to design a large detached house on this plot including ancient woodland and hedgerows to maintain the visual amenity of the environment. JAIA’s proposal was excepted and supported by the local council and is now under construction
