The proposal is for the erection of two 2-storey dwelling houses in the land to the rear of 34-40 The Quadrant, Richmond and associated work including a new bicycle store and bin store, consolidating existing bins and bike stores. This proposal seeks to maximise the efficient use of the land to the rear of the site. The ground floor contains the private spaces including two double bedrooms and bathroom, and the upper level accommodates the living + dining spaces and patio. The ground floor level extends to the end of the property boundary lines, maximising the area, whilst the first floor level is set back from the corner providing  an external terrace(patio) and skylights to  the bedroom below.
