Materialization of Fluidity

Materialization of Fluidity

This series of model show the progress of one project. The first image (conceptual model – on top left) shows a frozen state of Fluidity by using Bi-resin® G 26. The characteristic of the resin is that it dries fast in 10 minutes. Until around 9 minutes and 30 seconds it dries slowly, but after that it goes completely dried in couple of seconds. By controlling the drying time, the flowing state can be captured. After the detailed geometry study of resin flow through drawing, further materialization was carried on with different materials and scales.
